Job Description
I. General Summary
- Under general supervision assists in strategic planning design and implementation of core technologies. Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions over projects. Participates utilizing project management skills to include planning scheduling & testing leading to successful golives. Intermediate technical skills and working knowledge in vertical.
II. Principal Responsibilities and Tasks
The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification. These are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all job duties performed by personnel so classified.
- Assists System Administrator Sr. in designing building implementing and developing operational plans for a Hospital Datacenter.
- Assists in day to day operations for all hardware operating systems virtualization storage backups patching as well as monitoring the health of core applications.
- Assists in designing planning configuration documentation deployment and toplevel support ownership of verticals.
Qualifications :
III. Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree with minimum of 3 years of IT experience or the equivalent of education experience and IT certification/s.
- Experienced with systems administration design in an enterprise environment to include data center migrations uptime disaster recovery and capacity security planning preferred.
- Experience with managing Epic Windows Servers Printing systems and Client endpoint software.
IV. Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Must have technical skills and working knowledge in at least one or more vertical. List is not inclusive as technology changes often. Cisco UCS

- Cloud Technologies including Azure
- Citrix
- Microsoft Technologies including Active Directory Exchange and Powershell
- Microsoft SCCM Platform
- Epic Client Systems
