Get to Know the Role
As an executive talent business partner you will identify attract and secure toptier senior executives and board members globally which is important in achieving Grabs strategic goals to lead the growth of Grab. You will have experience in endtoend recruitment including sourcing pipelining talent and market mapping for active needs and opportunistic hiring.
As an individual contributor you will report to the Talent Acquisition leader and the role will be based onsite at Grabs Petaling Jaya office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will perform the following:
- Executive Search: Lead the fullcycle executive search process including identifying attracting and selecting top executive talent for Boardlevel CSuite and senior Leadership positions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership including the Executive Committees and Board Members to understand strategic hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct and lead Indepth market research to map out potential candidates industry trends and competitive intelligence to build candidate pool and for succession planning.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise multiple sourcing methods including networking referrals and direct outreach to identify and engage executive candidates.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct indepth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications organisational fit and leadership capabilities.
- Offer Management: Manage complex offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Employer Branding: Enhance Grabs employer brand by creating compelling narratives and engaging with executive talent communities.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 15 years of recruitment experience with a mix of agency and inhouse recruiting experience preferred with 5 years of executive recruiting experience in high tech space focusing on digital services and technologydriven solutions.
- Experience in executive search processes and a track record in recruiting senior leadership talent.
- Knowledge of recruitment technology ATS CRM tools and diverse social media platforms for talent pipeline management.
- Experience with fullcycle recruiting from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
- Evaluate market trends and data design targeted recruitment strategies provide applicable insights for complex hiring challenges.
- Be an advisor to collaborate with leaders align on hiring needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment and compensation decisions.
