Job Description
Ensure 99 accuracy in data management maintaining records and tracking training program metrics with attention to detail.
Complete all prelaunch logistics and planning tasks at least 1 week before the program launch ensuring everything is in place for a smooth .
Ensure that 90 of all requirements and requests are catered to or responded to within 35 business days ensuring excellent customer service.
Ensure that at least 70 of the planned training sessions are successfully fulfilled and conducted as scheduled.
Ensure that 100 of feedback is captured from program participants to gauge effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Maintain a feedback response rate of 2025 encouraging participation and engagement from attendees to continuously improve programs.
Ensure 100 utilization of collected feedback for continuous program improvement addressing areas for development and enhancing the learning experience.
Actively promote awareness of newly launched or available content ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and have access to relevant resources.
Ensure that all received requests are acknowledged within 24 hours demonstrating responsiveness and effective communication.
