Job Description
The Senior Program Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the Program Management Office (PMO) in the delivery of the Melbourne Transformation Plan (MTP) ensuring alignment of program objectives with Crown Melbourne strategy and VGCCC objectives. You will own the delivery endtoend of a highprofile enterprise transformation project.
This role will provide leadership governance and oversight ensuring programs are delivered on time within scope and on budget whilst ensuring comprehensive reporting and analytics to support executive decisionmaking.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders as a part of the PMO serving as a primary point of contact for external consultants engaged in the MTP strategy.
- Implement and update the MTP Governance Framework processes and tools to ensure robust planning and governance of the MTP (as well as Transformation programs for Crown Melbourne).
- Align PMO activities with Crown Melbournes strategic commitments and transformation priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Senior Stakeholders (Steering Committee / CEO Crown Melbourne Crown Melbourne Board) providing strategic guidance on program priorities risks and resource allocation.
- Promptly escalate significant issues and provide guidance on adapting the approach to changes in the internal or external environment.
- Drive and execute change initiatives implementing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and transition.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies standards and regulatory requirements.
- Engage and collaborate with senior executives business unit leaders and external partners to ensure stakeholder alignment and program success.
What youll need to succeed:
- 8 years of experience in program/project management with at least 3 years in a senior PMO or transformation leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex enterprisewide programs of work.
- Strong experience in organizational transformation and change management
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business Management Project Management or related field (essential)
- Masters degree in Business Administration (desirable)
- Certification in program and project management methodologies
