Portico are currently recruiting for an Executive Receptionist (Client Support Executive) based at our Birmingham Multinational Law Firm offices.
As a Client Support Executive you will work across all areas of the Client Support. From providing a friendly welcome at reception to all visitors and guests to assisting in booking and facilitating onsite meetings and events. You will also get involved with other adhoc daily tasks and requests via email phone and the service desk app.
Some of the duties expected of you are to create & maintain bookings via Condeco Greet Clients & Colleagues Liase with Catering & Facility Teams consistently maintain excellent standards Manage Parking System Prepare name badges Prepare and maintain Meeting rooms throughout the day.
