You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a colleague to join our IT Systems Analysis team who will be responsible for analyzing existing and newly acquired IT systems within Ignitis Group companies leading a team of 8 IT systems analysts and overseeing the IT systems analysis function in IT systems development. We are seeking an experienced teamoriented leader with a background in IT systems analysis capable of delegating tasks developing the team and having a solid understanding of analysis and IT systems software development processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
Set the strategic objectives for the analytics function and align the personal goals of subordinates
Be responsible for defining IT systems analysis KPIs and working with KPI metrics
Analyze and improve the IT systems development management process and be responsible for the implementation of best practices in IT systems analysis
Be responsible for planning developing and motivating the teams work
Be responsible for the recruitment of IT analysts
Organize the procurement of analytical services and required for IT systems development needs
Collaborate with clients and provide consultation in analysis
Qualifications :
You have a higher education degree (In the field of information technology or exact sciences)
You demonstrate strategic thinking and the ability to organize activities along with leadership skills
You have experience leading a team and organizing its activities
You have at least three years of experience in systems analysis
You are proficient in UML and BPMN with practical usage skills knowledge of PL/SQL database design
You have experience in Analysis of integration system interfaces
You possess analytical thinking the ability to systematize summarize and communicate information clearly
