Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible for the development and of annual marketing plans in assigned category portfolio for Australia market and New Zealand to achieve brands objectives as well as organisational goals.
Plan & manage A&P budgets to achieve various goals and targets.
Maintain close liaison with supplier principals internal and external stakeholders.
Propose New Product Developments in the assigned category portfolio.
Responsible in and implementation of various marketing initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for planning development and implement of marketing plans in line with assigned brand portfolio supervising marketing through to completion.
Monitor and review marketing plans from time to time based on allocated budget. Close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies and campaign are effectively promoted.
Responsible for coordination administration and tracking of A&P on assigned brands including invoicing and brand management of A&P budget. Manage and maximize budget to ensure that expenses are kept within the approved limit;
Responsible for business review reports for supplier meetings and any ad hoc information for review purpose. Gather and analyze data using AC Neilsen Quantium & IRI.
Timely review of each brands portfolio the sales performance and marketing campaigns. Report results of marketing activities for internal records and external stakeholders to ensure a transparent and complete account.
Regularly monitor and analyse the sales and scan rates of brands and products against competition.
Performs a variety of marketing support services particularly in assisting to manage assigned brands portfolio.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders on marketing executions including events.
Familiarize with market dynamics includes but not limit to competition pricing market trend through market visits and operative interaction.
Analyse gap and trends to prepare for Range Review Presentation
Propose New Product Development based on market insights/trends on assigned brand portfolio.
Conduct market visits with supplier principals as and when required.
