Location: Lisbon Portugal (Hybrid 2 days in office)

Compensation: Base salary relocation package yearly bonus
Responsibilities:
Build and optimise advertising campaigns for top-tier B2B clients
Create keyword packs bid strategies and budget recommendations
Analyze campaign and account-level data for performance improvements
Generate reports to support optimisation strategies
Align digital solutions with client goals across Search Mobile & Video
Spot opportunities to grow accounts and increase ad revenue
Apply critical thinking to improve internal processes and customer results
Requirements:
Native/fluent in German (C2) fluent in English (B2)
12 years of digital marketing experience
Solid understanding of online advertising (AdWords GSN etc.)
Google Ads certification (Search Fundamentals) is a plus
Skilled in Excel and familiar with Microsoft Office tools
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Passionate about marketing trends and tech innovation
Self-starter collaborative and quality-driven
