You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe employee will be responsible for the design of mechanical components of alternators for hydroelectric projects in North America. He/she will also be responsible for coordinating the project engineers and giving technical support for the supply chain and SI activities.
Deliver design batches for alternator components on hydroelectric projects in North America;
Coordinate all alternator engineering activities of a project;
Participate in and initiate design reviews with engineers experts and other departments;
Supervise the work of design engineers and drafters to deliver calculation notes engineering specifications drawings and BOMs;
Collaborate with other engineers from different centres of excellence around the world;
Collaborate with supply chain and site installation managers;
Apply the rules and concepts for reliability quality safety and cost;
Collaborate with engineering managers on different projects;
Qualifications :
Baccalaureate in mechanical engineering;
Strong material strength skills;
5 to 10 years of experience in alternator mechanics;
Proactivity sense of urgency autonomy;
Ecexllent communication and leadership skills;
