Job Description
Role:
We are currently looking for a seasoned Product Manager for our Cloud Cost Management solution. Cloud Cost management is part of ServiceNows Asset Management business unit which empowers customers to manage any asset in all environments. As part of the ServiceNow Cloud Cost management team you will lead key aspects of product and strategy working with Design Engineering and other PM leaders to define and build the capabilities to power the next generation of the ServiceNow platform.
Were looking for an individual who wants to apply disruptive thinking to the way people view FinOps and replace manual and disconnected business processes through the ServiceNow. You will execute on a roadmap that supports customers in their FinOps journey to optimize cloud spend automate operations and deliver key financial reporting.
What you get to do in this role:
- The Product Manager will be involved in product strategy and inbound product management for Cloud Cost management. You will also work crossfunctionally with Engineering Product Design Outbound Product Management Support and Training.
- Inform the strategy of key Cloud Cost Management capabilities
- Determine Cloud Cost management automation features and capabilities required to unlock customer and business use cases
- Execute and impact the short and longterm roadmap
- Provide subject matter expertise and perspective on ServiceNows unique differentiators against other Cloud Spend Management solutions
- Collaborate with other ServiceNow business units on integrating capabilities with Cloud Cost Management
- Engage stakeholders on necessary inputs for product strategy & roadmap get buyin manage communications expectations and dependencies
- Validate and refine product designs/early product offerings through Design Partner Program Product Advisory Council and with other customers directly
- Be a visible product expert sharing best practices both internally and with customers
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Field enablement Sales and User Learning to produce gotomarket materials
- Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- 5 years of softwareproductmanagement experience preferably in B2B SaaS or FinOps environments.
- Experience with FinOps principles Cloud Operations and Hyperscalers
- Strong prioritizationskillsandthediscipline to focus on highimpactactivities
- Experience defining andcapturingproductrequirementsandtransforming them intoaproduct roadmap
- Deep curiosity about customerneeds along with building customer relationshipsand delivering customercentric solutions
