Job Description
Join our Activate Tribe as a Performance Marketing Executive where youll play a key role in attracting new customers to Gousto through engaging and effective digital campaigns.
Reporting to the Senior Paid Social Manager youll collaborate with a passionate and ambitious team that are experts in customer acquisition.
This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills across various marketing channels with a focus on Paid Social Meta and TikTok while also supporting campaigns on Paid Search Display YouTube and Affiliates. If youre curious about the world of performance marketing and excited to make a real impact in a fastpaced datadriven environment this role is for you.
This role is on a hybrid pattern out of our Shepherds Bush office 1 or 2 days a week.
Core Responsibilities
- Build launch and optimise campaigns on Meta and TikTok for the UK and the Republic of Ireland
- Deliver A/B tests on Paid Social platforms and evaluate results with posttest analysis
- Lead the creative briefing process and contribute fresh ideas for social media campaigns
- Manage performance tasks including discount codes reporting and landing pages
- Support the wider Acquisition team with crosschannel campaign
- Analyse channel performance and identify insights to guide campaign improvements
- Use data to drive strategic decisions and optimise marketing impact
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams within the Activate Tribe to deliver campaign goals
- Contribute to an inclusive testandlearn culture that thrives on experimentation and curiosity
Who You Are
- Comfortable working independently and managing tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Enthusiastic about performance marketing and its role in subscriptionbased growth
- Confident using data and metrics to evaluate success and identify improvements
- Skilled communicator who enjoys working with people across teams
- Experienced in setting up and managing Paid Social campaigns (Meta and TikTok)
- Open to supporting different marketing projects as needed
- Naturally curious and proactive in learning new tools and techniques
- Organised and able to prioritise effectively across multiple responsibilities
- Motivated by a collaborative and highgrowth work culture
