Roles & Responsibilities:
Energy Audits & Site Assessments Conduct indepth energy audits of manufacturing buildings production lines and supporting infrastructure to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
System Analysis & Data Collection Collect and analyze energy consumption data from inductive motors and other industrial equipment using metering and monitoring tools.
Energy Efficiency Improvements Design recommend and implement energysaving measures such as optimized lighting systems heat recovery insulation upgrades motor retrofits and automation integration.
Technical Troubleshooting & Maintenance Diagnose and resolve issues in existing energy systems and ensure optimal performance of newly implemented technologies.
Reporting & Documentation Prepare comprehensive audit reports project proposals and costbenefit analyses for stakeholders and senior management.
Education & Communication Communicate findings and solutions clearly to engineering maintenance and operations teams; train staff on energysaving best practices.
Requirements
Education & Qualification:
Minimum 10 years of experience in energy auditing building systems or industrial energy management.
Deep understanding of industrial electrical systems inductive motors and control systems.
Proficient in English both verbal and written able to communicate technical information clearly across teams.
Strong familiarity with energy monitoring equipment software and diagnostics tools.
Indepth knowledge of energy codes standards and best practices (e.g. ASHRAE ISO 50001 LEED etc..
Ability to interpret blueprints system schematics and technical manuals.
Physically capable of conducting facility walkthroughs including at heights and in mechanical spaces.
