Role Requirements and Responsibilities:
Provide expertlevel guidance on application performance infrastructure design and highavailability architectures.
Oversee the implementation of new configurations architectures and standards to enhance scalability redundancy and performance.
Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical application downtime issues and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) initiatives.
Drive customer retention and satisfaction by ensuring highquality fanatical support via tickets calls and emails.
Lead efforts in log management infrastructure monitoring and realtime diagnostics.
Customer retention and growth as a result of consistently delivering high levels of service and support around customer application stability.
Strong knowledge of technology troubleshooting design and implementation.
Strong knowledge of administration troubleshooting and testing Linuxbased operating systems and application platforms.
Strong knowledge of highavailability application design.
Strong knowledge of performance tuning and scalability/reliability architecture best practices for a Linux platform.
Ensure seamless of patches hotfixes and zerodowntime deployments.
Strong configuration and troubleshooting expertise in platformspecific web services (including but not limited to Apache Nginx Redis and MariaDB/MySQL).
Proficient in using Application Performance Management (APM) tools to interpret data build dashboards and engage in performance discussions.
Work closely with the Project Manager to align support strategies with business objectives.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Agile and DevOps best practices.
Technical skill set:
AWS Cloud Linux and WindowsScripting SQL Monitoring Application Performance Management Database Caching Log management and Infrastructure alerting.
Must have requirements:
6 years of overall experience in application support cloud infrastructure and performance management.
3 years in the Banking Financial Services or NBFC domain with strong regulatory knowledge.
Minimum 3 years of experience working with cloud (IaaS/PaaS) / SaaS based application deployments monitoring and production support including Kubernetes / Docker based deployments
Experience working with fully managed fault tolerant highly available high throughput multitenant scalable systems
Experience in working with Agile development frameworks
Experience with Monitoring and Observability technologies like Data Dog Prometheus Grafana Logging or equivalents like ELK
Database administration and operations experience
Experience in Retail lending (Unsecured/Secured) in Onboarding process in Bank/NBFC.
Knowledge of E2E loan life cycle from Onboarding to Loan servicing
Experience in managing large scale volumes at Central /Zonal Ops level.
Functional knowledge of LOS & LMS applications & Basic /Intermediate excel and other MS office tools
Exceptional analytical reasoning abilities communication and presentation skill required to excel in the job

Linux Administration: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Linux Administrator to manage and maintain our Linux-based systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux servers, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot and resolve issues on time while working closely with other IT team members to support the overall technology infrastructure.
