Job Description
Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Design Engineer II to join our team in Philadelphia PA.
Founded in 1992 Predicate Logic is a womanowned employeeowned high technology engineering service company. Predicate Logics employees routinely receive many accolades and awards from its customers. The corporate headquarters is in San Diego California. Predicate Logic also has offices in Chesapeake Virginia specializing in communications engineering training and Cybersecurity and in Charleston South Carolina supporting the Navy and Marine Corps programs through Naval Information Warfare Center Charleston.
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and compare alternative layouts or designs which utilize equipment of various kinds and capabilities in diverse physical arrangements
- Evaluate changes in design and performance which affect the assigned equipment prior to and during production
- Review new approaches to circuitry and power distribution or incorporation of automatic selftest methods in equipment design
EXPERIENCE:
Three 3 years of professional experience.
Background in Navy design engineering required.
Submarine systems design engineering background preferred.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline or Industrial Design.
