Work Location & Hours: Sanderson 215 69 some office work in Sanderson 208 during the day
Qualifications for Position:
- Collaborates well with directorial team and crew to meet production deadlines
- Engage with their work with a positive attitude bent on problemsolving
- Flexibility with their workload and expectations especially in timesensitive situations
- Previous stage management and theater experience is a plus
- Hours are typically 1015 hours/week afternoons or evenings usually more hours during tech and dress rehearsals fewer hours at the end of a semester
Expected Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work as a stage manager or assistant stage manager typically on one show per semester
- Duties will vary with the needs of production and other crew members assignments which may include: running rehearsals running production meetings coordinating communication between production crew coordinating communication between director and cast running tech rehearsals and calling the show.
- Assist with other aspects of production if necessary to work all awarded hours
