Were seeking a techsavvy and customeroriented Technical Support Agent (Croatianspeaking) to join our growing support team in Lisbon. Youll be providing technical assistance to Croatianspeaking users helping them resolve issues navigate product features and ensure a seamless user experience.
This role offers the flexibility of working both onsite and from home and its ideal for someone who enjoys problemsolving technology and working in a multicultural environment.
Deliver firstline technical support to Croatianspeaking users via phone chat and email
Diagnose and resolve hardware software connectivity and applicationrelated issues
Guide users through troubleshooting steps and technical solutions
Accurately log interactions and solutions in the ticketing system
Escalate more complex issues to senior support teams when needed
Stay up to date with product updates technical tools and company procedures
Meet performance metrics such as resolution time customer satisfaction and quality standards
Native or fluent Croatian (spoken and written)
Good level of English (B2 or above)
Previous experience in technical support IT helpdesk or similar role is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple way
Techsavvy and confident working with Windows macOS mobile platforms or SaaS tools
