We are seeking a Frenchspeaking Customer Support Specialist to join our vibrant team in Barcelona. In this role youll provide toptier assistance to our Frenchspeaking customers ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy efficiency and professionalism.
Whether youre helping troubleshoot an issue guiding customers through a product feature or responding to inquiries with accurate and timely informationyoull play a vital part in delivering a worldclass support experience.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in French (and English when needed)
Resolve issues efficiently and with empathy ensuring a positive customer experience
Provide accurate product and service information and guide users through features or troubleshooting steps
Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
Collaborate with other departments (tech logistics sales) to resolve complex or escalated issues
Stay informed on product updates policies and procedures through regular training
Contribute to team goals related to service quality customer satisfaction and response time
Fluent/nativelevel French (spoken and written)
Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level)
Experience in a customer support or servicerelated role is a plus
Great interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment
Techsavvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms
