Candidates for this position are preferred to be based in Bangalore India and will be expected to comply with their teams hybrid work schedule requirements.

We are looking for outstanding candidates to join us as full time Architect. Successful candidates will have to solve complex and broad business problems with simple and straightforward solutions applying appropriate technologies and software engineering best practices building solutions that are scaled and performed. You will also have a focus on the customer experience great teamwork and communication skills and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment.

What Youll Do:
- Partner with your business stakeholders to provide them with transparency data and resources to make informed decisions
- Be a technical leader within and across the teams you work with.
- Drive high impact architectural decisions and handson development including inception design and delivery following good design and coding practices.
- Obsessively focus on production readiness for the team including testing monitoring deployment documentation and proactive troubleshooting.
- Identify risks and gaps in technical approaches and propose solutions to meet team and project goals.
- Create proposals and action plans to garner support across the organization.
- Influence and contribute to the teams strategy and roadmap.
- Tenacity for learning curious and constantly pushing the boundary of what is possible.
We Are a Match Because You Have:
- 10 years of experience in software engineering with expertise in designing and building scalable platforms.
- Handson contribution to the codebase is a MUST.
- Extensive knowledge of backend technologies proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or similar.
- Experience in fullstack development will be preferred.
- Experience in ecommerce advertising including ad targeting campaign management performance tracking and integration with advertising platforms.
- Expertise in microservices architecture for highly available largescale distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as GCP AWS or Azure.
- Ability to define a future state vision lead largescale architectural solutions and guide stepbystep .
- Collaborate with Product Managers (PM) and Experience Designers (XD) to balance costeffectiveness with business value and prioritize engineering solutions accordingly.
- Define internal priorities during project based on engineering aspects and solution designs.
- Mentor and coach engineers conduct code reviews and establish best practices to drive engineering excellence.
- Foster adoption of new technologies platforms and architectural solutions across the team.
- Passion for leading crossfunctional projects driving collaboration and influencing design decisions to enhance customer experience and scalability.
