Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Conductsnew employeeorientation
- Responsible for the employee onboarding process
- Responsible for HR compliance with respect to ongoing employee training assessments and related documentation
- Assists with workers compensation unemployment appeals and employee relations as requested
- Assists in planning andexecutingemployee moraleactivities
- Updates HRISas needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have either High School diploma or GED equivalent with 4 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist position OR Bachelors Degree in a related field with 2 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Drivers License with an excellent driving record
- Excellent computer skills to include Outlook Word Excel and Powerpoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a Human Resources generalist position within the healthcare field
- Human Resources Professional Certification
- Previous experience with UKG/Ultipro
