The Opportunity
As Senior CSIRT Manager you will be at the forefront of Adobes response against the everevolving landscape of cyber threats. This role is pivotal in ensuring our monitoring and response strategies are robust proactive and aligned with the latest industry best practices. You will have the opportunity to enhance our response capabilities driving continuous improvement and collaborating with multifunctional teams to safeguard our platforms and services. What You Will Do
Strategic Vision: Partner with Security leadership to define and drive the strategic vision for Incident Response and define and implement operational plans and success metrics.
Lead Monitoring and Response Efforts: Coordinate and lead a team of highly skilled analysts incident responders and incident commanders ensuring effective coordination in a fastpaced environment.
Guide Operational Excellence: Guide investigations into cyber threats ensuring that root cause analysis forensics and mitigation strategies are thoroughly performed. Guide your team in employing advanced tools and techniques to track and resolve incidents.
Continuous Improvement: Assess response and incident handling performance identify potential gaps in detection and response capabilities and recommend improvements to strengthen Adobes security posture.
Connect with Executive Leadership: Regularly update Adobes senior leaders on the status of major incidents including analysis of root causes business impact and recovery efforts. Ensure clear concise communication at all levels during and after incidents.
Training and awareness: Develop and deliver incident response training to internal teams to improve readiness.
What you need to succeed
Strategic Leadership Experience: 8 years of experience in cybersecurity with a minimum of 4 years leading incident response efforts for large organizations.
Deep Technical Knowledge: Proven expertise in cybersecurity investigations including digital forensics malware analysis threat intelligence and root cause analysis.
Experience with Legal and Compliance: Demonstrated experience working closely with legal and compliance teams during security incidents particularly in relation to regulatory reporting and incident documentation.
Proactive Incident Response Approach: Experience developing and refining incident response strategies focusing on continuous improvement and using automation and threat intelligence to enhance Adobes defences.
Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical details to technical and nontechnical partners including executive leadership and legal teams.
Collaborative Approach: Ability to work seamlessly with multifunctional teams including legal business continuity communications and IT ensuring cohesive incident handling and coordination.
Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of cybersecurity professionals managing workload and performance.
Crisis Management Experience:Ability to manage security crises effectively including coordinating with external partners government agencies and law enforcement when necessary.
