Job Description

Identified as one of the key pillars for Manulifes Asia segment Global HNW been given a mandate to expand into new markets and rapidly grow sales.

The Senior Director of Program Management will be highly visible role tasked with implementation GHNWs / Manulife Bermudas strategic priorities. This entrepreneurial role will operate as a leader a strategist and a consultant. The Senior Director will roll up their sleeves and collaborate closely with global teams to drive sales and implement critical business initiatives. A successful candidate must be able to champion change within the organization develop business intelligence capabilities / drive the data driven decision making and delivery on cross functional projects.

Responsibilities

  • Champion change management initiatives and engage collaborators to ensure buyin and successful of strategic projects
  • Establish and maintain a program management framework to support the oversight and of global business initiatives
  • Own and manage the successful planning solutioning and of key initiatives as well as complete adhoc projects requests and analysis
  • Develop data strategies governance and reporting to provide greater transparency accountability and drive data driven decision making
  • Drive the integration of AI capabilities to enhance the way we do business
  • Partner across business lines geographies and value streams to ensure strategic objectives achieve intended outcomes
  • Work within a complex organization adapt and innovate to support the dynamic needs of the business
  • Act as a change agent and leverage new concepts (e.g. Human Centered Design) to embrace new ways of working and move the business forward
  • Effectively communicate to motivate empower and align people and teams across the organization
  • Build beneficial networks to achieve collective business goals

Knowledge / Skills / Competencies

  • Bachelors degree required MBA or other postgraduate degree preferred
  • Superior problemsolving skills Ability to take on complex challenges design and communicate concrete action plans to address and overcome these challenges and implement solutions
  • Advance data analytics data visualization and data management experience Have managed data organizations and developed actionable business insights and data driven decision capabilities. Experience developing dashboards in Power BI and Salesforce
  • Excellent project delivery/change management skills Ability to lead organize and prioritize onetomany streams of work simultaneously. Have demonstrated success implementing multifaceted plans that span multiple working teams / divisions
  • Compelling ability to communicate Develop narratives and communicate with both technical and nontechnical collaborators
  • Ability to effectively influence others Negotiate with influence garner support to achieve intended outcomes with or without authority
  • Technology savvy Leverage technology to plan innovate and drive results
  • Business acumen Knowledge of the international highnetworth market would be an asset
  • Strategic thinking Ability to think broadly and strategically including the ability to translate longterm goals and objectives into shortterm tactical plans and capacity to make decisions in the face of ambiguity

Salary range is expected to be between

$105750.00 CAD $190350.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant jobrelated factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
