Job Description
Program Goal: Summer Partners for Language and Learning (SPELL) provides Multilingual Learners language development activities and academic content support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Multilingual Learner classrooms
- Ability to collaborate with teachers in the delivery of themebased language and content integrated curriculum aligned to WIDA framework
- Ability to support student learning in small groups and one on one
- Ability to maintain a safe and healthy environment for students.
- Bilingual/multilingual and ability to communicate with diverse students and families.
Terms of Employment:
- Seasonal/Yearly Appointment
- Summer School Program Schedule: July 7 2025 August 1 2025
- Rate: $25.00 per/hour
- Monday through Friday 8 am 1 pm
- SPELL program professional development for all SPELL staff will take place in the last week on June or first week of July.
Reports to: MLE Director Director for SPELL Middle School/ High School
