POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Director executes highquality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that empower individuals to achieve meaningful progress. This role oversees clinical operations ensures compliance with ethical and regulatory standards and provides mentorship to a team of BoardCertified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). By implementing evidencebased practices and fostering collaboration among families caregivers and school districts this position drives impactful outcomes that enhance the independence and wellbeing of individuals receiving services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains Service Operations
- Responsible for executing clinical policies and procedures for the clinical service line and school contract operations. Ensures compliance with regulatory and ethical standards while driving the of key services and maintaining highquality therapeutic practices.
- Utilizes EvidenceBased Practices
- Implements and promotes evidencebased ABA practices to support families caregivers and schools while maintaining an empathic and humanfirst approach to care. Reviews relevant behavioral data and engages in problemsolving with supervisees when insufficient progress toward client goals and outcomes is observed.
- Facilitates Professional Development
- Regularly references behavior analytic literature attends conferences and participates in workshops to remain current on evidencebased treatment approaches. Training supervision and mentorship support the ongoing development of BCBAs BCaBAs and RBTs. Completes required trainings in a timely manner.
- Manages DaytoDay Operations
- Oversees daily service operations including staff and client scheduling transportation coordination with local school districts and collaboration with external service providers (e.g. speechlanguage pathologists occupational therapists and physical therapists). Ensures smooth service delivery across all program areas.
- Provides Clinical Leadership & Oversight
- Supervises and provides clinical management to a team of BCBAs BCaBAs and RBTs while maintaining direct oversight of client progress. Participates in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and partners with local school districts to ensure systematic and effective therapeutic services. Conducts staff caregiver and school contract training sessions.
- Maintains a Reduced Clinical Caseload
- Carries a limited caseload providing direct assessment and treatment for clients with a maximum of 15 hours of supervision per week to ensure service quality while balancing leadership responsibilities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Travel as needed with overnight stays.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Masters degree in psychology or related field.
- Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Certification required
- Has met Supervisor Requirements through the BACB
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis as a BCBA
- Knowledge of the Paycom platform is preferred.
REQUIRED MISCELLANEOUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed or able to seek licensure through the State of Missouri
- Credentialed or eligible to be through private insurance companies
- Must provide a valid drivers license and proof of personal valid vehicle insurance.
