Key job responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for scoping development of the most advanced AI technology and coordinating crossfunctional teams to deliver products that will reshape how sellers do business on Amazon Stores. This role requires both business acumen and technical skills engaging ML scientists engineers operational leaders and senior management. We are searching for a passionate Senior Program Manager who will drive strategic programs endtoend from idea all the way through delivery.
A day in the life
The activities you will lead are highly impactful managing the roadmaps and milestones setting requirements and driving the development schedule owning crossteam project statuses and communicating results to a broad audience brainstorming new project ideas initiating technical deep dives and engaging in problem solving and organizing working sessions proactively to identify and mitigate roadblocks. This is a unique opportunity for qualified individuals to drive the entire life cycle of highly impactful realworld ML applications focused on use of advanced generative AI technology.

Selling Partner Experience Science (SPeXSci) is a growing team of scientists engineers and product leaders engaged in the research and development of the next generation of MLdriven technology to empower Amazons Selling Partners to succeed. We draw from many science domains from Natural Language Processing to Computer Vision to Optimization to Economics to create solutions that seamlessly and automatically engage with Sellers solve their problems and help them grow. We are focused on building seller facing AIpowered tools using the latest science advancements to empower sellers to drive the growth of their business. We strive to radically simplify the seller experience lowering the cognitive burden of selling on Amazon by making it easy to accomplish critical tasks such as launching new products understanding and complying with Amazons policies and taking actions to grow their business.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
