Job Description
Analyzes implements and maintains a variety of key elements of the client benefit structure in the claims processing system (e.g. Summary Plan Document (SPD) inclusions/exclusions copays etc.. Works closely with clients on plan design requirements and translation into the claims processing system. Converts builds and maintains fee reimbursement schedules in the system. Works with various internal departments to coordinate implementation of client requests and consult on clientrequested clinical edits and benefitrelated client projects. In this capacity identifies feasibility impact and the most appropriate methods for implementation. Troubleshoots and tests changes and appropriately document outcomes. Leader with broad operational or functional responsibilities who participates with other senior leaders or executives to establish and ensure the achievement of strategic plans and objectives. Demonstrates indepth company knowledge specialized skills and influence to solve critical and complex issues. Participates in the development and administration of broadscope programs and projects that have significant impact on operational or functional success. Minimally requires a Masters degree and 8 years of related experience or Bachelors degree and 10 years of related experience or high school degree and 12 years of related experience.
