Job Description:
Were seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our team as Waste Removal Throwers. This position is essential in ensuring the timely and efficient collection of waste from residential and commercial locations.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently collect and load waste onto the garbage truck.
- Assist the driver in navigating routes and ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Follow established safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform basic truck maintenance checks (e.g. securing bins cleaning equipment).
- Interact respectfully and professionally with customers when necessary.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs. repeatedly.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable punctual and able to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
