Shop Helper
Pay: $15/hour
Shift: MondayFriday 6:00 AM 3:00 PM (hours may vary; overtime as needed)

Position Overview
An Owasso-based company is seeking a motivated and dependable Shop Helper to join its Parts Department. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Shop Helper plays a key role in supporting operators and ensuring that all parts are organized and readily available to keep production running smoothly.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Parts Handling & Organization
- Sort separate and organize incoming and outgoing parts.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the parts storage area to help the Shop Helper maintain efficiency in daily operations.
Operator Support
- Assist machine operators with daily part needs and inventory requests.
- Deliver parts to workstations as needed to support production flow.
Inventory Coordination
- Track part usage and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Help with restocking and labeling parts for easy identification.
Team Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with operators and supervisors.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations and provide additional help where the Shop Helper is needed most.
Qualifications
- Must have warehouse or manufacturing experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move parts and materials safely.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
