Job Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor at The Verve Hotel in BostonNatick is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and wellmaintained. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to lead a team efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff
- Inspect and ensure cleanliness of rooms and public areas
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Handle guest complaints and requests
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping
- Strong leadership and communication skills
