Primary Responsibilities:
Supports Financial Consultants via phone and shared commissions inbox
Generate setups for correct ID payout structures. Provide the calculated payout setups to the broker/dealer for onboarding individuals associated with Gladstone
Review submitted setups against commission statements to ensure proper setup and processing
Reconcile and update databases with monthly LPL Registrations file
Assist with pre and postonboarding phone calls with Financial Consultants and Program executives.
Review semimonthly commission runs for charged expenses as needed
Submit General Adjustments for expense corrections override corrections etc.
Serve as escalation point for issues with LPL commissions & Representatives
Maintain the company Database for master tables
Create assigned monthly management reports
Development and preparation of reporting for tracking recruitment goals for review
Create ad hoc reports as needed around commission received and paid
Assist other departments with commissionsrelated questions / issues when necessary.
Primary Skills & Requirements(Minimum of 8 years of experience demonstrating the following):
Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal. Able to effectively present to and communicate with management and other team members.

Proactive dependable hardworking and flexible.
Demonstrate commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.

Strong administrative organizational and project management skills.
Ability to negotiate with clients and partners while maintaining positive relationships.

Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
The ability to problem solve commission related issues and work with the appropriate departments and personnel to solve
Microsoft Office (Access and Excel) required LPL Clientworks experience strongly preferred
