Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager with experience in safety to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping our culture and working with a team This position requires a strong background in human capital management conflict management and process improvement. The Human Resources Manager will oversee various HR functions including employee relations benefits recruiting safety retention and the administration of HR systems such as Paylocity.

Duties

  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings interviews and onboarding of new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations including FMLA.
  • Facilitate conflict management processes to resolve employee issues effectively.
  • Oversee organization design initiatives to optimize workforce efficiency.
  • Implement human capital management practices that enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies procedures and compliance matters.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of organization design principles.
  • Indepth knowledge of employment labor law and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems such as Paylocity
  • Strong conflict management skills with the ability to mediate disputes effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present information clearly.
