Purpose of Role
The Brand Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing brand marketing initiatives that drive awareness engagement and attendance for the Obama Presidential Center (OPC). This position will focus on brand management audience engagement and datadriven marketing strategies to establish OPC as a premier cultural and civic destination.Brand Strategy & Management
Ensure brand consistency across all OPC marketing materials campaigns and experiences.
Develop and implement strategic brand positioning that reinforces OPCs identity as a cultural educational and civic engagement hub.
Lead brand storytelling efforts ensuring a cohesive narrative across digital social and experiential marketing.
Monitor brand health and audience perception using insights to refine positioning and messaging.
Campaign & Audience Engagement
Manage daytoday marketing activities including creative asset development campaign calendar coordination and .
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support OPC ticketing membership retail programmatic and revenue goals.
Support digital and social media ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.
Develop and oversee content marketing strategies that support OPCs brand narrative and engage key audiences across digital platforms and the physical campus.
Leverage audience research and persona development to inform targeted marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversion across key audience groups.
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders such as the Communications Design Finance Development and OPC teams to create compelling content and promotional materials.
Performance & Data Analysis
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics optimizing strategies based on datadriven insights in collaboration with central Strategy and Data team.
Prepare and present datadriven reports that translate marketing performance into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
Use CRM systems and digital analytics tools to measure impact and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with OPC attendance and revenue growth goals.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Partner with other Foundation teams to align marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals.
Support corporate and partnership marketing efforts including cobranded campaigns and sponsorship activations.
Coordinate with external agencies vendors and consultants to execute marketing projects effectively.
Project & Budget Management
Support OPC marketing budget planning and tracking ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Work with centralized project management support to maintain timelines track deliverables and ensure aligns with strategic objective.

Consistently optimized marketing strategies based on audience insights and performance data.
Effective collaboration across teams to ensure marketing alignment with programmatic and operational objectives.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing brand management or audience engagement. Cultural institution nonprofit missiondriven organization or visitor attraction experience is welcomed.
Expertise: Strong understanding of brand marketing multichannel marketing audience engagement and digital marketing trends. Experience with CRM systems data analytics and performance marketing preferred.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience working crossfunctionally.
Cultural Competence: Commitment to diversity equity and inclusion with experience implementing culturally relevant marketing strategies.
DetailOriented: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in executing campaigns and tracking results.
The salary range for this role is between $87020 and $108775.
