Join a dynamic forwardthinking team thats driving innovation in BILLs Revenue Operations Business Technology team. As the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations and GTM Strategy you will play a key role in shaping and executing our revenue technology ecosystem driving growth across sales marketing and customer success. In this important role you will contribute to the development and implementation of the technology strategy for our revenue operations business areas including supporting the product and platform roadmap and strategic priorities. You will also be responsible for driving operational efficiencies by contributing to the implementation testing and scaling of our CDP GTM AI initiatives data insights and automation across the revenue lifecycle. You will partner with crossfunctional teams and contribute to technologybased solutions that address business challenges ensuring integration and scalability to support our growth in the Fintech space.
Wed love to chat if you have:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Management or a related field
- 6 years of experience in technical product management revenue operations Salesforce consulting or internal tool development
- Experience with CDP tools CRM systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud. marketing automation platforms (Marketo HubSpot etc. and sales enablement tools
- Proven track record of contributing to the development and implementation of revenue operations systems strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to contribute to discussions and provide project updates
- Customerfocused with an understanding of user needs and the ability to influence project goals
- Proven ability to align team and project objectives with business goals

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical dental vision life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan flexible spending & health savings account paid holidays paid time off and other company benefits.
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper UT. Additionally this role is eligible to participate in BILLs bonus and equity plan.
