HR Coordinator

9 months Fixed Term Contract

Hybrid x3 days in the office 2 days remote

THE ROLE

Were looking for a proactive and detailoriented HR Coordinator to join our People Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is currently in a HR Administrator role.

In this role you will support the employee lifecycle focusing on onboarding offboarding HR systems management and daytoday HR administration. Youll need strong organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Managing employee lifecycle processes including issuing contracts righttowork checks onboarding probation tracking leaver documentation and exit interviews.
  • Supporting contractual changes including fixedterm contracts (FTCs) and contingent workers.
  • Conducting weekly HR inductions for new employees.
  • Maintaining and updating the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HRrelated queries and managing the People Team inbox.
  • Assisting with internal employee engagement initiatives such as the Superconnector awards scheme.
  • Supporting and contributing to HR projects and process improvements.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently in a HR Administrator role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint).
  • A friendly proactive and adaptable approach to work.
