Job Description
- Key resource supporting daily business operations (end to end contract management contract settlement invoicing providing input for PnL reporting among other tasks.)
- Engage in projects in close cooperation with our key internal customers in the UK Amsterdam Oslo and Dusseldorf (Commercial Technical and Finance teams)
- Establishing reliable interfaces by working in close cooperation with internal and external customers
- Contribute to our continuous improvement principle identifying potential synergies between new and existing business and prepare our processes for future growth
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for business processes ensuring transparency and continuity. Assure high quality billing create verify and manage settlement of commercial and industry stakeholders
- Track cash allocations and debt positions
- Perform month-end closing tasks
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in business finance accounting or a related field
- Initial experience in an operations-focused role within the energy sector
- Exposure to the UK energy market; willingness to develop a solid understanding of PPA and Retail market
- Basic knowledge of contract management market communication or settlement processes is beneficial
- Familiarity with SQL for basic reporting and data analysis; interest in learning Python or other scripting languages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Enthusiastic about working with diverse stakeholders and building collaborative relationships
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while being a strong team player
