We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised Service Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a vital role within our Brisbane Service team providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our service delivery.
Reporting to the Service Manager you will play a key role in supporting the coordination of service jobs timesheet entry travel bookings and general office administration. For the right candidate there may also be potential to undertake a Certificate III in Business as part of your professional development.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Providing administrative support to the Service Manager and Supervisors
Processing timesheets booking travel and assisting with workflow coordination
Processing purchase orders receipting supplier invoices and supporting cost tracking
Participating in the reception roster including answering phones and greeting visitors
Managing uniforms office supplies and consumables
Maintaining contractor records and supporting inductions
Handling document management mail distribution filing and general office upkeep
Assisting with meeting room setups and providing back-up support to other administrators as required
Qualifications :
Previous experience in an administration or office support role (23 years preferred but not essential)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Outlook Word and Excel
Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional phone manner
Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills
Reliable punctual and flexible with a collaborative approach to work
