Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised Service Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a vital role within our Brisbane Service team providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our service delivery.

Reporting to the Service Manager you will play a key role in supporting the coordination of service jobs timesheet entry travel bookings and general office administration. For the right candidate there may also be potential to undertake a Certificate III in Business as part of your professional development.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support to the Service Manager and Supervisors

  • Processing timesheets booking travel and assisting with workflow coordination

  • Processing purchase orders receipting supplier invoices and supporting cost tracking

  • Participating in the reception roster including answering phones and greeting visitors

  • Managing uniforms office supplies and consumables

  • Maintaining contractor records and supporting inductions

  • Handling document management mail distribution filing and general office upkeep

  • Assisting with meeting room setups and providing back-up support to other administrators as required


Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in an administration or office support role (23 years preferred but not essential)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Outlook Word and Excel

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional phone manner

  • Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills

  • Reliable punctual and flexible with a collaborative approach to work
