Position Summary

As a Full Stack Development Lead youll be the technical trailblazer in a highstakes environment leading a team of skilled developers to create and maintain cuttingedge web applications. Your extensive experience with C# .Net SQL Server and frontend technologies will be crucial in driving the success of our digital platforms.

What Youll Do

• Lead the full stack development team in maintaining and evolving enterprisescale web applications.
• Develop applications websites and components in the Microsoft .NET environment ensuring a clean wellstructured and easily maintainable format.
• Prepare software for release ensuring all components are prepared and tested and the coding is bugfree meeting technical specifications based on business requirements.
• Oversee the health of production systems manage deployments and perform code reviews and security audits to ensure existing software products are bugfree and modifications do not adversely affect other functionalities.
• Collect and analyze user requirements to design new systems/features in collaboration with stakeholders and the technical director.
• Design test procedures create test data and execute testing to ensure software meets required technical and business specifications.
• Prepare technical documentation for all software modules as part of the product release documentation.
• Meet project expectations and produce highquality deliverables on time and within budget ensuring that best practices and design methods are utilized for project success.
• Drive agile processes and improve team metrics such as velocity cycle time and ticket/bug count addressing the challenges of integrating and updating legacy systems and code.
• Continuously upgrade knowledge and skills keeping uptodate on new technologies product features development tools and techniques and software architectures.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of their work.

What You Bring

• A seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in C# .Net SQL Server JavaScript Typescript and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
• Expertise in cloud services (Azure/AWS) REST API development and distributed systems design.
• A leader with at least 3 years in a leadership role who has a strong command of OOP SOLID principles design patterns and automated testing.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering Open AI APIs Neo4j and RAG.
• Goto for frontend development best practices and leadership experience

How We Work

This role requires two inoffice days per week with three days inoffice during the threemonth orientation period. Remote work is not available for this position.
