Job Description
Were seeking a passionate Sr. Solutions Architect with a strong background on data integration optimization and analytics. As a Sr. Solutions Architect supporting our Defense Business Unit youll greenfield and lead the development and technical integration for an enterprise data platform that incorporates SaaS asset management FinOps and event tracking tools to implement real time data synchronization dashboarding and alerting.

What youll do:
- Serve as the technical lead by defining and drive the overall software architecture ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements.
- Select and implement appropriate technologies frameworks and tools for each project.
- Design and present architectural solutions that meet technical and business requirements.
- Lead the design and development of complex software systems from conception to implementation.
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications and solutions.
- Define and enforce software architecture standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide software engineers FinOps specialists and ServiceNow developers and provide technical leadership and direction.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers and engineers to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with software development projects.
- Document software designs and architecture decisions clearly and concisely.
What youll need to succeed:
- You have an active DoD Secret security clearance
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 7 years of experience as a software architect data architect or senior software engineer within the U.S. Government or DoD
- Proven experience in designing developing and deploying largescale software systems.
- Expertise in IT asset management tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Expertise in data synchronization and data analytics
- Expertise in developing APIs and API Gateways for data integration and event management.
- Extensive experience in cloud computing technologies including managed cloud services in AWS Azure or GCP
- Experience building and architecting secure solutions in compliance with NIST STIG and SRG requirements.
- Deep understanding of software design principles and best practices.
- Expertise with DevSecOps and agile software development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

If a projected salary range is posted for this position it represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MetroStars total compensation.
Additional Compensation: This role may also be eligible for bonuses and/or additional incentives based on individual and company performance.
