Who We Are IT Onboarding and Asset Management
The Employee Tech IT Onboarding and IT Asset Management team part of IT Shared Services is responsible for ensuring all global new hires and internal employee transfers have all the technology they need when they start their new role with Wayfair as well as ensuring governance of the hardware management in Europe. Activities include administration of the IT asset inventory within the ServiceNow platform collaborating with external processes and teams to include IT Procurement IT Finance Vendor Management in the collection of critical attributes supporting the effective and timely management of IT assets through their lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to; hardware sourcing and deployment new hire onboarding and support process efficiency implementations and internal audit reporting.
We are looking for a highenergy criticalthinking team member who is dedicated to helping their manager drive growth productivity and results while upholding the main goal of delivering great service to Wayfairians. This role is for someone who is comfortable working part time and helping Wayfair deliver results in the Onboarding and Assets space.
