Were seeking a passionate and resultsoriented Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle. Youll be more than just a recruiter youll be a brand ambassador crafting engaging job postings strategically sourcing talent and ensuring an exceptional experience for every candidate. Your expertise in managing complex processes and building strong relationships will be crucial as we continue to grow and secure exciting new opportunities.
CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and implements talent acquisition strategies to meet the organizations staffing needs.
- Reviews Statements of Work (SOWs) to understand project requirements and develop engaging job postings that reflect project needs and attract qualified candidates.
- Sources candidates through various channels including online platforms networking and referrals.
- Manages multiple requisitions concurrently prioritizing and advancing candidates through the recruitment lifecycle for each.
- Reviews applications and screens candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
- Conducts interviews and evaluates candidates based on skills experience and cultural fit.
- Manages the interview process coordinating schedules and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensures a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Partners with Business Development on a tight deadline to identify and gather candidate information for upcoming proposals ensuring timely submission.
- Facilitates ongoing communication with proposed candidates during the project award waiting period strengthening their connection with the company and sustaining their engagement.
- Utilizes and maintains the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data and track progress.
- Tracks and reports on key recruitment metrics.
- Builds and maintains a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Stays informed on recruitment best practices and relevant industry trends.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Provides support for HR initiatives.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years of fullcycle recruiting experience.
- Experience with HR and payroll systems (e.g. JazzHR iSolved Costpoint).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience recruiting for construction or engineering roles is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute recruitment under tight deadlines.
