Were looking for a skilled Content Strategist and Technical Copywriter to refresh part of our website content. The ideal candidate can translate complex technical concepts into clear engaging language for both technical and business audiences. This position is contractual.

Location: Noida or Hyderabad preferable

Type: Projectbased contractual (April/May 2025

Key Responsibilities

Thoroughly analyze our platform documentation and technical materials to build deep understanding of SwiftChats functionality
Rewrite existing web pages with a focus on clarity accessibility and engaging language
Create explanatory content that differentiates between technical options (bots vs. miniapps) in simple terms
Identify opportunities for visual elements to enhance written content
Maintain consistency in brand voice across all web pages
Collaborate with our product and technical teams to ensure accuracy

Requirements

Proven experience translating technical concepts into clear accessible content
Portfolio demonstrating ability to write for both technical and business audiences
Strong understanding of conversational AI chatbots or messaging platforms (or ability to quickly learn)
Experience writing web copy that drives engagement and conversions
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Selfstarter who can work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

Experience with SaaS or developer platforms
Background in UX writing or content design
Familiarity with chatbot or conversational interface technologies
Experience working with technical teams and documentation

Project Timeline

April/ May 2025 (approximately 3 weeks on a fulltime basis or 6 weeks on a parttime basis)
