CASPA SERVICES LTD POSITION VACANCY Director Non Executive Paid role
CASPA is looking for engaged and experienced Directors to join our Board and support our mission to help children young people families and people with disabilities in regional Australia feel connected to their communities with access to support resources and opportunities to thrive.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will require
Successful candidates will be expected to have a working knowledge of the regulatory and compliance requirements of a Board role and preferably members of AICD.
CASPA is particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate substantial experience expertise or qualification in one or more of the following subject areas:
Applicants with networks related to philanthropic investment impact investing notable sponsorship relationships etc will be highly regarded.
We are looking for Directors based anywhere in Australia but preferably in areas of our current operation being in the Northern Territory North Queensland and Northern NSW.
ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
CASPA Services Ltd is a notforprofit organisation providing a range of specialised care services to support complex traumabased needs for children young people families and people living with disabilities. Our programs include Therapeutic Intensive Residential Care Intensive Family Preservation Therapeutic Foster Care Restoration and other associated care types we are a registered NDIS provider and operate a social enterprise Maintenance and repairs business. As a growing and diversifying organisation we have approximately 650 employees working in communities across New South Wales Queensland and the Northern Territory.
