Manage supervise coordinate and plan all activities related to the Writing Centres services while ensuring the efficient running of the Centres activities. Develop plan and implement strategies to ensure a service offering adapted to students needs. Act as a consultant on issues relating to good academic mentoring practices.
Work in collaboration with faculties and departments to develop relevant training content adapted to the needs of mentors for the whole University in order to maintain a community of best practices in relation to mentoring.

The rating is determined by a proficiency test designed by the Official Languages and Bilingualism Institute.
