Job Description
Location: Knoxville TN
Salary: $75000 Quarterly Bonuses (up to 15 of your salary)

- Oversee all property maintenance operations across three new construction buildings
- Lead a team of 56 Maintenance Technicians 2 Studio Supervisors and 16 Housekeepers
- Coordinate vendor relationships walk and punch units and manage unit acceptance from construction
- Partner with the GM on budgeting and highlevel decisionmaking
- Prioritize and assign work orders ensuring timely completion and resident satisfaction
- Take the lead on afterhours emergencies building an oncall rotation for your techs
- Travel for onboarding and culture training with senior leadership (Jacksonville FL 23 days)
- Develop and implement systems for preventive maintenance inventory and daily operations
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Maintenance Supervisor or higher
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage large diverse teams with confidence and patience
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with new construction unit walks punch lists and vendor management
- Skills: Strong communicator confident under pressure and a master of prioritization
- Mindset: Proactive resultsdriven and solutionsoriented
- Extras: Valid drivers license and active EPA certification required (no pool no CPO needed)
