Position Summary:
Entry level position in Premium Audit requiring direct supervision. Uses skills and abilities to perform tasks to support Premium Audit work in various system applications.
As a Premium Audit Technical Assistant you will work internally within the organization primarily utilizing data entry skills along with written communication skills and partnering with the Premium Audit Department vendors underwriters underwriter assistances and Brokers per business rules.
ThePremium Technical Assistant will be located in Phoenix AZ.
Job Duties:
- Complete workflow for the assignment process. This includes checking notes and assignment system for deviation to ensure audit assignment is accurate. Overwrite automatic assignments when assignment instructions are updated.
- Complete audit assignment packages which may include rating information applicable endorsements loss runs WCRIB Inspection reports for audit staff or communication to audit vendor.
- Administration of various email boxes including audit disputes vendor worksheets PA notifications and NTU
- Triage and routing of completed audits to processing or review.
- Review & validation of vendor invoicing.
- Vendor validation to ensure inventory status and controls. Issue resolution.
- Work order creation.
- Other miscellaneous administrative tasks to support line of business underwriting field auditors vendors or review staff.
- Monthly selfreporting of applicable performance metrics which may include production time & attendance.
- Assist with status requests via email and phone hunt line
QualificationsCompetencies / Technical Skills Required:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrates an understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Demonstrates proficiency in using automated tools (Microsoft Excel Word Adobe)
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships to accomplish goals and support Chubb values.
- Ability to prioritize and execute work to meet or exceed internal and external customer requirements.
- Agility and ability to adapt to new ideas or changing procedures and situations.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of internal Chubb systems (such as Customarq Policy Decisions WCS Genius Policy View FastPat Visual Audit or CUW systems).
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent required. years of insurance industry experience
- Previous customer or call center experience.
