This position is responsible for the organized efficient operation of the Front Office and Front Services at The Hotel Hershey.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
Interview train schedule coach and evaluate front desk attendants PBX operators night auditors bell persons doorpersons and chauffeurs.*
Supervise and support staff members with verifying the accuracy of guest accounts guest arrival and checkout processes organizing transportation needs answering phones running reports performing accounting functions and other front office needs.*
Communicate with guests to address billing questions or other inquiries and concerns. Follow up on these opportunities to ensure resolutions effectively meet guest needs deliver on service excellence and create memorable guest experiences.*
Manage reservations by blocking rooms and adding or changing reservation details to maximize occupancy and revenue.*
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
18 years of age or older.
2 years Front Office experience
Must have a valid Drivers License
Completion of high school or GED
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Proven Employee/Guest relations problem solving and organization skills.
Ability to work in a busy fastpaced environment.
Professional Image Representative of Property Image.
