This highly visible newly designed and pivotal role will develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that drives digital transformation and embeds advanced cybersecurity practices at every level of operations and global footprint for MSF Australia and New Zealand.
As the critical driver for innovation and risk management you will ensure that all technology systems and processes are secure efficient and aligned with our organisations goals.
Reporting to the Executive Director this influential position will oversee the ICT Manager and Head of Data supporting them to realise optimal data security and analysis within a supportive and secure technology environment. As a key member of the MSFA Executive Leadership team you will work collaboratively with senior leaders across the organisation.
Ultimately your work will result in more funding to support MSF projects a superior experience for our donors and improved care for the people to whom we provide medical aid.
What you will bring
To be successful in this impactful role you be capable of balancing innovation with security have a flair for navigating rapid technological change and enjoy cultivating a high performing agile team. Ideally you will be motivated by working in a humanitarian aid organisation and can demonstrate:
