This job encompasses roles that contribute to the design and development of products services and experiences that delight our customers and meet business needs. As a Senior Designer you will be part of a team that shapes the visual and interactive elements of our products ensuring they are both aesthetically pleasing and userfriendly.


Job Description:

As a Senior Designer you will manage mediumsized projects contributing to overarching strategies through the creation of models and strong analytics. You will demonstrate stewardship and manage organizational responsibilities with excellence. Your role will involve identifying and leading key business building opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement design concepts for various platforms.
  • Manage mediumsized design projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure design consistency and coherence.
  • Identify and lead opportunities to improve design processes.
  • Train others on core design competencies.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an undergraduate degree in Design or related field.
  • Proficient in at least four core design skills with a balance of other skills at a basic level.
  • Experience in managing others and ability to coach team members.
  • Adept at improving processes ensuring they are conducted in accordance with current standards.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7 years of fulltime design work experience (outside of freelance work)
  • Bachelors/ Masters degree in Graphic Design is a MUST
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates strong Design Mastery in graphic design packaging and brand identity. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence storytelling problemsolving and technical mastery.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and inspiring a creative team.
  • Personnel management and development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to justify your conceptional and directional design choices. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
  • Strong collaboration and interdependence skills both within design and multifunctional partners. Experience collaborating across geographies and organizational boundaries is a plus.
  • Outstanding listening skills with a view to understanding and anticipating the needs.
  • Outstanding project management skills ability to lead multiple initiatives and handle complexity with confidence. Proven field outstanding time management skills ability to set priorities and be accountable from concept to final design delivery.
  • Flexibility in an environment of constant change.
  • Knowledge of the latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop Illustrator Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook PowerPoint etc..
  • Exceptional project management skills including the ability to lead multiple initiatives and handle complexity with confidence. Proven discipline superior time management skills ability to set priorities and be accountable from concept to final .
