As a Test Data Manager in the Managed Services Platform youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy through and beyond. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:
Design and drive implementation of end to end testing strategies and frameworks needed to test all the dimensions of an application platform including functional correctness performance scale and security across the Project/Program covering all the workstreams/tracks.
Manage testing activities for different types of testing Functional Integration System Regression Performance Security E2E and UAT Support.
Perform Analysis Estimation Design Development Testing Implementation of data Archiving /Test Data Management/ Data Privacy solutions
Develop & execute long term Enterprise Test Data Management Strategy
Coordinate activities across multiple operations teams including Storage OS and DBA teams
Provide required Test data for Performance Test User Acceptance Test QA Test Application Development and other NonProduction Environments
Provide a consistent and repeatable process to support multiple Applications including identifying data elements for masking in Applications Data Reset and Update Process
Work directly with IT Security and Compliance to ensure Policies were consistently followed
Capacity planning / Infrastructure to implement a scalable TDM solution
Interact with stakeholders to define Enterprise level TDM architecture
Recommend tool and priority for TDM implementation
Performs evaluation analysis and makes recommendations regarding tool usage and selection.
Design and develop test tools that allow teams to scale out to support new features.
Provides technical direction and support to team members in multiple geographic locations on testing approach and all aspects of automation testing to ensure industry standards and best practices are followed.
Utilizes tools and methodologies to improve individual team effectiveness and to increase efficiencies in the QA process.
Establish Test Data Management strategies and implement them for different testing
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
Degree Preferred: Bachelors in Computer Engineering
Minimum Years of Experience: 10 year(s) of progressive roles managing IT quality assurance and control within software/systems development processes
Certifications Required: NA
Certifications Preferred: Any TDM tool certification Agile Certification (Nice to have)

Delphix Genrocket or CA TDM
Data masking
Synthetic data generation
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Test Manager
10 years of overall experience in Software Testing that includes testing various TDM implementation
Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Proven track record in projects in an international environment
Practical experience in test effort estimates
Very Good knowledge on Healthcare Energy and Utilities Domain
Expertise on DBs Oracle SQL Server DB2 Postgres Redshift MongoDB
Experience in managing and using Informatica TDM test data management
Expertise on scripting languages like Python and PowerShell to perform the automation around data generation and data validation
Thorough Experience in test data management functions like test data generation test data masking and subsetting
Experience in handling various PII/PHI related regulation through TDM
Extensive experience on multiple TDM tools Delphix Informatica IBM Optim
Practical experience in test strategy and tests plans definition (for complex integrated solutions)
Practical experience in the use of test management tools e.g. ALM qTest JIRA Azure DevOps etc.
Experience in nonfunctional testing management
Ability to see tasks through to the end and meet tight deadlines taking responsibility for their completion and maintaining quality throughout
Confident with working in a fastpaced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills verbal and written to both technical and nontechnical audiences that are in geographically dispersed environments
Ability to develop and nurture strong relationships at all levels
