The position

As our BA East Head of Ethics and Compliance you will:

Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks by overseeing adherence to internal and external standards.

Advise on ethical and compliance issues providing guidance and support to business areas.

Develop and implement compliance and audit strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead and manage audit processes to assess compliance and operational efficiency.

Lead and manage a compliance team setting objectives and delivering results.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we expect you to have:

Bachelors degree in law business administration or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance ethics or related field.

Functional leadership skills leading without authority.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and ethical standards.

Risk Management expertise in identifying and mitigating compliance risks.

On the personal level you need to have ability to inspire and lead a team as well as strong analytical skills for reviewing processes and reports. You must be effective in communication with stakeholders and have ability to build strong relationships. We expect you to be problem solver person to develop solutions to complex issues. Moreover you need to have meticulous attention to detail in compliance activities and flexibility in response to changing regulatory environments.

About the department

The BA East department part of the Legal Compliance & Audit job family ensures our organisation complies with legal and regulatory requirements across the countries we operate in. Our team provides legal counsel and support in various business areas ensuring ethical conduct and compliance with relevant regulations. We are responsible for reviewing internal processes and ensuring compliance with internal and external frameworks. Located in a fastpaced and dynamic environment our department plays a crucial role in embedding compliance by design and integrating ethics into decisionmaking processes.
