We Transportation Engineering Systems Tech Innovation (TITANS) build the software solutions to automate our network change management workflows and enable optimization of the network plan. Our mission is to build the most efficient and optimal transportation system on the planet using our engineering muscle as our biggest advantage. Our team TITANS builds the technology that enables configuration and planning automation to reduce operational overhead and increasing velocity for network plan generation.
Key job responsibilities
You will lead the transportation network planning automation product roadmap business requirements/user story definition and Go To Market rollout. This role is inherently crossfunctional; you will work closely with software developers supply chain planners UI design and finance to enhance the customer experience and deliver on product ROI. We are looking for a highly analytical resourceful customer focused teamoriented individual who has the ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. He or she will have a proven track record in taking on endtoend ownership and successfully delivering results in a fastpaced and dynamic business environment.
A day in the life
Lead highvisibility crossteam initiatives including scoping requirement gathering technical design implementation and launch phases. This includes evaluating and recommending technical solutions to meet customer requirements ensuring longterm scalability and meeting project timelines
Identify system and process deficiencies and lead the charge to drive meaningful change. This includes writing effective narratives and presenting them to Directors and VPs
About the team
TESS manages transportation network configuration by working with different internal stakeholders and systems to deliver desired business outcomes. The North America Transportation Systems engineering team (TITANS) is a sub org within TESS and owns the development of software products for config and transportation planning automation.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
3 years of end to end product delivery experience
5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
